Missouri. The UPS trucking was parked across two disabled parking spaces, and both handicapped access zones as well.
Willie even hit the nail on the head saying “Yeah, don’t park alongside the empty curb across from you, idiots!”
So they parked like this despite their being an open curb on the other side? Unsure if leaving the truck parked along the curb is legal, but it is far better than illegally parking and blocking the handicapped parking zones.
This incident only strengthens my statement that delivery drivers who park like this are in the wrong proffesion, and deserve to be fired or at least put through extensive ADA parking training.
Should UPS Trucking require ADA parking training?

Ohio USPS Mail Truck Commits a Handicapped Parking Violation
Yet another Ohio USPS mail truck committing a handicapped parking violation while they are out delivering mail. Beth said she found this one outside of a Subway in Ohio.
So they may have been on a lunch break.
You can’t really blame the subway sandwich shop either, I mean, are they suppose to chase the Ohio USPS mail truck off? That would make you think that it might affect your service if you ask them to move or even call the police. So what are you suppose to do?
1. Get a Picture of the USPS mail carrier if possible.
2. Try to get pictures, and write down the license plate number.
3. Be sure to time stamp these photos and write down when this disabled parking violation occurred.
4. Take the above pictures to the local USPS Station, and meet with the manager to present it all.
5. Hope they can do something to help fix the issue.
Thanks again for sharing this handicap parking violator Beth, and I hope it didn’t ruin your lunch.

Merrell Plumbing are Dayton Ohio Plumbers that shouldn’t be used which caused this M.E. Merrell Plumbing truck to have to park in the disabled parking space.
Also, M. E. Merrell Plumbing must be a pretty big company since Michael informed us that this van, without a handicap parking placard or disability tags, was vehicle #26. Meaning they have a lot of company vehicles, and drivers, that need to learn that the ADA parking spaces are not for plumbing emergencies.
No matter what the emergency was anyway, it still couldn’t of been worth violating handicap parking. If they had received a disabled parking ticket, would they have just added the fine on to the customers bill? Also as we’ve said many times, why in the world do company’s let drivers use company vehicles without taking a DMV driving test?
I know the companies are wanting the vehicle seen, like a moving billboard, so it can be good publicity. But when you end up on The Wheels of Shame it is probably considered bad publicity.
Must of been a 2 day job because here is the same Vehicle, at the same location, but its in a different parking space. Merrell Plumbing didn’t learn though and are still disabled parking violating on day 2. Guess they thought stupidity was a handicap.
