So summer is here and you have a muffin top and I’m not talking baked goods. And you remember that gym membership you got but never used. There is always some excuse. You and your friends sit around complaining that you don’t like sweating or my favorite you just want to loose a bit more weight to look good in the exercise clothing and then you’ll be there like a mad thing. You and your friends call them valid reasons, while to the rest of the world they are nothing but excuses. Well before you make those or any other excuse again check out the photos below and then ask yourself if your excuses are valid?
