I wrote a piece last night highlighting my own struggle and successes, I received a reply from someone saying they couldn’t lose weight in fact they were gaining upto 5lbs a week and they didn’t eat two days a week and many other problems.
This person doesn’t eat pasta so my example diet was rejected, they said they were unable to eat tofu it was 10 dollars? ($2.99 in any china town In America even I Manhattans most expensive stores 6 dollars) and they can’t use oils to cook with?
If you’re not cooking with oil ,you’re either cooking with butter which is a heart attack waiting to happen ,animal fat which is also called lard or dripping. Any of these will cause high cholesterol. The other alternatives are spray cooking oils and these are pure preservative and will almost immediately inhibit any chance of weight loss.
When you see an example diet ,if you can’t eat pasta, exchange for any other carbohydrate or starch ,for example brown rice, grain, potato’s, Quinoa if you don’t like or can’t eat a vegetable or fruit look at its content and choose something you can eat that has the same qualities. Education is the biggest tool in weight loss for life you can have. Apathy and procrastination is your enemy.
