Today a Texas mentally iIl double amputee is dead because when the police responded to the halfway house he was residing at the man was waving his prosthetic arm, so the cop yelled weapon and he was shot to death.
A mentally ill man with one prosthetic arm and one prosthetic leg,sitting in a wheelchair was shot dead for basically pointing! I have four close friends who are amputees, and yes some prosthetics look almost space age but since when does having a carbon fibre and steel limb earn you the death sentence?.
Shame on the Texas cop who pulle the trigger,and it was revealed the cop shot someone else in questionable circumstances in 2009 what was their crime? Skin blemishes, rosacea?
